What does Event Kakis provide?

Our company specialising in food live stations and providing services to corporate Event or any parties. We also manufacture pre-packed popcorn.

How do i book your services?

You may book our service by sending us email to info@eventkakis.com.sg or our sales personnel for a quotation.

How can I give general feedback ?

Whom should I contact on the day itself?

Upon confirmation of the manpower on our side for your event, you will receive an email including the event IC appointed to your event.

Can I make a booking for a very last minute event?

You shouldn’t be reading this now! Give us a call immediately and Event Kakis will try the best to arrange it for you.

PAYMENT
How do i make the payment?

Any confirmation order, You can make payment by Bank transfer and paynow. Please take a screenshot of your payment and email to us or to your sale personnel for verification.

Can I make payment after the event?

Due to past unfortunate incidents, our company has since disallowed payment after event. Payment should be made in full by cash or bank transfer by the customer.

Can i cancel the booking after confirmation?

Yes, You may cancel but 50%   of the amount will be forfeited upon cancellation up to 7 days. Non-refund if you cancel at very last minute.

Any deposit required?

Yes.

You will required to put a deposit of $100 per machine for popcorn and candy floss if do not include our manpower.

What is the procedure of the refundable deposit?

We will refund your deposit to your bank account within 3 days after your event ended.
